Mr. Bingham is noted for his expertise in leadership development, emotional intelligence training and coaching. As the founder and chief executive officer of Kiln Global Coaching and Consulting since 2020, he has dedicated himself to offering small-group senior leadership training, leadership retreats and an accountability planning application. Emphasizing his tagline, "baking success," his work focuses on helping clients remove barriers that might impede their success. Since launching his business, Mr. Bingham has made significant strides, impacting leaders and organizations locally and abroad.

In addition to overseeing his consulting business, Mr. Bingham has been the co-founder of Power Moments LLC since 2023. The company assists current and aspiring black and brown C-suite executives in identifying and maximizing results for their organizations, careers and families.

Before establishing Kiln Global Coaching and Consulting and Power Moments LLC, Mr. Bingham began teaching as an adjunct faculty member at The Executive Leadership Council and The National Fellowship for Black and Latino Male Educators in 2021. He has also garnered success as an executive coach at Bravanti since 2020.

Mr. Bingham's career journey is marked by a series of notable roles. He was a franchise owner of Menchie's Frozen Yogurt from 2015 to 2020. He also held various positions at The Coca-Cola Company between 1994 and 2018, beginning as an area account executive and earning distinguished roles such as director of area sales and senior manager of strategic selling. Before his distinguished tenure at Coca-Cola, Mr. Bingham worked at Kraft Foods Group as a sales representative from 1989 to 1991, then as a sales specialist and space management specialist until 1994.

Highly educated, Mr. Bingham earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Nazarene University in Bethany in 1988 and a Master of Business Administration from The Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University in Houston in 2004. In addition to his degrees, he holds several certifications that enhance his coaching capabilities. He is an emotional intelligence-certified meta-coach through Beyond EI, a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation, a Hermann digital-certified practitioner, an eSpeakers-certified virtual presenter and a certified Hogan assessor.

Mr. Bingham is actively involved in various professional and civic organizations. He is associated with the Mortarboard Senior Honor Society and the International Mastermind Association. He has also served on the Sisters of Saint Mary Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital board since 2014 and the board of GameChanger Athletes since 2018. Previously, Mr. Bingham was active on the board of directors for the International Institute of Saint Louis, a board member of the Saint Patrick Center, director at the Saint Louis Zoo and president of the social orientation group within the Social Diversity Organization.

An accomplished author, Mr. Bingham wrote "Impact: The Leadership Fable" in 2017 and "The Leadership Fable Companion" in 2018. He also hosts the "Whiskey Jazz and Leadership Podcast," where he shares insights on leadership and personal development.

Mr. Bingham is driven by a long-term mission to work with thousands of leaders worldwide, helping them overcome limitations and realize their full potential through virtual training, group training and coaching.
