Mr. Nashpitz is a distinguished leader in the field of public-private partnerships (P3). He currently serves as Vice President of P3 Development at S&B USA Concessions, where he plays a key role in facilitating and managing large-scale infrastructure projects across the United States. With over a decade of experience, he has contributed significantly to the development, financing, and execution of P3 initiatives in both the U.S. and Israel.

Mr. Nashpitz began his career in 2007 as a paralegal at Reuven Bar Haim & Co., later interning at Tadmor & Co. from 2011 to 2012, while pursuing his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. After graduating, he advanced to the role of Associate at Tadmor & Co. Yuval Levy & Co. from 2012 to 2015 and Senior Associate from 2015 to 2018. These early experiences equipped him with a strong legal foundation, particularly in complex project agreements, infrastructure law, and financial structuring, which paved the way for his transition into project management and development.

In 2018, Mr. Nashpitz joined Shikun & Binui (S&B) as a P3 Project Manager in its Concessions Division, where he played an integral role in managing and delivering multiple public-private infrastructure projects. His expertise and leadership earned him a promotion to Chief executive officer of The Campus for Intelligence, Deciphering, and Cyber Ltd., a subsidiary of S&B, where he served from 2020 to 2022. In this role, he oversaw the construction and long-term management of a major military intelligence compound, marking a significant milestone in his career. His leadership was further strengthened by his military service as a Major in the Israeli reserves.

From 2021 to 2022, Mr. Nashpitz served as head of assets at S&B Concessions, solidifying his reputation as an expert in asset management and infrastructure development. In 2023, he assumed his current role at S&B USA Concessions, where he is responsible for leading and expanding P3 programs nationwide. His work involves extensive stakeholder engagement, financial structuring, and project execution, ensuring the successful delivery of critical infrastructure initiatives.

His insights on investment and infrastructure development have been featured in leading publications, including articles in The Marker and Attractions for Investors, Sponsors, and Developers in 2016.

In 2024, Mr. Nashpitz was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Red River Valley Alliance. Since 2023, he has also served as a Board Member for S&B's Colombian infrastructure project, Perimetral Oriental de Bogotá.

Throughout his career, Mr. Nashpitz has drawn inspiration from his father's resilience and life experiences—as a Prisoner of Zion, his father was exiled to Siberia for five years, a hardship that instilled in him perseverance and perspective, qualities that have shaped Mr. Nashpitz's professional and personal philosophy.
