He holds meetings with health care providers across various locations and provides educational materials to office staff. Additionally, he visits low-income clinics, health care facilities, and food banks monthly to distribute materials, helping vulnerable patients receive access to essential information.

Dr. Foster's career began as a firefighter and emergency medical technician for the City of Hapeville in Atlanta, Georgia, from 1999 to 2010. He then served as a hospital corpsman in the U.S. Navy Reserve from 2004 to 2012. Transitioning into the medical field, he worked as an emergency medicine physician assistant at ApolloMD in Atlanta from 2012 to 2014. Following this role, he became an ambulatory care physician assistant for the Garland Independent School District in Garland, Texas, from 2014 to 2016. He then joined Baylor Scott and White Health as an orthopedic physician assistant in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, where he worked from 2016 to 2022 before assuming his current position at Novo Nordisk.

Dr. Foster's academic journey is marked by significant achievements that have propelled his professional success. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in social sciences from Dillard University in 1998 followed by a Master of Health Sciences in physician assistant studies from Duke University School of Medicine in 2012. He then earned a Doctor of Medical Science from the University of Lynchburg in Virginia in 2023, graduating with honors. He is certified as a physician assistant (PA-C), which has been instrumental in his diverse roles within the medical field.
