Ms. Ulysse attributes her success to her determination and the realization that there is no turning back once she begins a project. Inspired by her father's legacy and the perseverance of her third-generation maternal grandmother, she has committed herself to improving her community. Ms. Ulysse's dedication is evident in the transformation of the hospital, which has received support from UNICEF and the World Health Organization.
