Through KOYN, he worked on breaking the information vacuums and echo chambers that prevail in modern-day social media. Today, he excels as the founder and chief investment officer for Birkoa Capital Management, LLC, a global macro hedge fund. In this capacity, he studies history and relates it to today's world based on geopolitical progress to develop long-term financial strategies. Additionally, Mr. Kalita identifies assets that are currently out of favor but expected to return in the next two to three years.

Given his considerable achievements, Mr. Kalita earned a full academic scholarship from Princeton University's Department of Computer Science.
