Before launching GP Flooring Solutions, Ms. Reinhard's career focused on marketing and communications, with early roles that included account executive at Porter Novelli from 2000 to 2001 and assistant director of communications at Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering between 2001 and 2003. Ms. Reinhard then served as the communications director for the Office of Development at Beaver Country Day School Inc. from 2003 to 2005 before returning to Porter Novelli as a public relations consultant between 2005 and 2006.

Subsequently, Ms. Reinhard enjoyed a tenure at Harvard University, which was marked by her roles as an associate director of alumni affairs and development communications and associate director of the Harvard College Fund. She also co-founded USEED, where she was the chief marketing officer, and operated a consulting firm, Reinhard Communications and Development Consulting, as its president and owner until 2015.

In preparation for her career, Ms. Reinhard received a Bachelor of Arts in organizational studies from the University of Michigan in 2000 and a Master of Education in leadership and management from Harvard University in 2010. She is also certified as a woman-owned business by Women Business Enterprise.

Ms. Reinhard's involvement extends beyond her professional life into numerous industry-related organizations, such as the Fuse Commercial Flooring Alliance, the Rochester Builders Exchange, and the Entrepreneurs Organization. Additionally, she serves on several civic boards, including the Rochester Area Community Foundation, Fuse Alliance, Innova Girls Academy, Carpet America Recovery Effort, and The Hochstein School. As an accomplished dancer, singer, and actress, Ms. Reinhard participates in community theater.
