Prior to his current position, Mr. Wiley honed his skills in project management at Andres Construction Services in Dallas, Texas, where he began as a project engineer before moving up to positions of greater responsibility. Before embarking on his career in construction and real estate, Mr. Wiley served with distinction in the United States Air Force as an A-10 pilot from 1997 to 2007. His decade of active service instilled in him a strong sense of discipline and leadership, qualities that have been instrumental in his professional achievements. His dedication to service is further evidenced by his receipt of several service medals from the Air Force.

Crediting much of his success to the solid foundation provided by his education and his ability to connect with people from various backgrounds, Mr. Wiley initially studied at the U.S. Air Force Academy, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, with a minor in French, in 1997. Following this accomplishment, he received a Master of Business Administration from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas in 2011.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Wiley is deeply involved in civic activities. He is an active member of various leadership committees within his Episcopal Church, where he also contributes as a member of the vestry and choir. Additionally, he serves on the Academy Admissions Board for the Federal Service Academies at Annapolis, West Point.

Outside of his career and civic engagements, Mr. Wiley is dedicated to his personal life and family. He is a father to two children and has been an active participant in church services and choir for over thirty years.
