Dr. Bach is a distinguished professional with a multifaceted career spanning several decades. Currently, he serves as the managing member of SB Ventures LLC, which he founded in 2012. Since establishing SB Ventures and functioning as the chief executive officer, he has specialized in helping individuals discover their true selves through an innovative, online life coach training course: a five-week program that encourages participants to revisit their childhood dreams and uncover their true passions.

Day to day, Dr. Bach's work involves engaging with various social media platforms to connect with individuals seeking personal development, offering initial coaching sessions for free and managing properties by overseeing tasks such as bookkeeping and processing payments. Prior to his work centering around personal development, his career began in the financial sector, where he accumulated over two decades of experience. From 1975 to 1981, he held the position of vice president of international lending at Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City and then went on to hold other significant roles, including vice president and commercial loan officer at U.S. Bank from 1981 to 1999.

Thereafter, Dr. Bach held the title of vice president at Idaho Banking Company from 1999 to 2001 before entering into education and academia. After serving as the managing director of Anchor Point Institute, now Anchor Point Early Learning Academy, between 2001 and 2002, he transitioned to academia full-time in 2002 after earning a Doctor of Philosophy in adult education from the University of Idaho, Boise Center. For 10 years, he worked as the director of academic affairs and campus director at the University of Phoenix in Boise, Idaho, a position in which he hired and trained faculty members, increasing their number from 30 to 300.

Through his efforts, Dr. Bach not only increased the school's enrollment but contributed to greater faculty satisfaction overall. As a result of his efforts, his professional contributions have been recognized with awards such as the Best Place to Work Campus Award from the University of Phoenix. Overall, Dr. Bach's extensive experience in both finance and education has equipped him with a unique skill set that he continues to leverage in his current endeavors.

Along with his professional journey and accomplishments, Dr. Bach's academic achievements are equally impressive. Before earning his doctorate at age 50, he completed a Master of Business Administration in finance with a minor in marketing from Syracuse University's School of Management in 1977. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Science in economics with a minor in marketing from Brigham Young University, which he obtained in 1974. Beyond his professional and academic accomplishments, Dr. Bach is actively involved in several civic organizations.

Dr. Bach volunteers with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and participates in service projects through the Kiwanis Club in Boise, Idaho. In tandem with his civic and professional pursuits, he is an author and speaker who has spoken at various events, including graduation ceremonies at the University of Phoenix. He has published several works, including "Finding Your Why" in 2023, "Healing Process After Divorce" in 2005, and the manuscript "21st Century Missing Link in Leadership".

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Bach enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, such as fishing, hunting, photography, gardening, riding horses in the mountains and backpacking to lakes and mountains. As the proud father of nine children and grandfather of over 30 grandchildren, he is dedicated to his. Currently, Dr. Bach is working on his book "Perspective: The Greatest Determinant in Your Life", which has been a long-term project spanning over 20 years, soon to undergo major edits. Looking ahead, he aims to continue participating in speaking engagements, coaching individuals toward personal development, publishing his books, traveling and inspiring those around him to make the most of each moment in life.
