Mr. Hall has spent over 30 years in the health care sector, garnering progressive roles in facilities nationwide. As the former chief executive officer and founder of Passage Healthcare Solutions, a veteran-owned health care advisory and solutions group in Anacortes, Washington, he was instrumental in providing quality services to clients to help their facilities remain intact, engaged, and financially stable. Since then, Mr. Hall has focused on HandH Healthcare Solutions, a company he co-founded with a business partner.
As a nurse by profession, Mr. Hall emphasizes the importance of patient-centered care so patients always receive the best possible treatment. As the president of his new company, he remains steadfast about his goals to provide solutions for his clients. Drawing on over 30 years of experience of clinical and leadership experience, Mr. Hall was the senior health care executive and advisor at COORS Leadership Capital, a full-service health care recruiting and consulting firm, from 2021 to 2023. He was also the chief executive officer and district superintendent at Island Health, a group of primary care clinics in Anacortes, Washington, and on Orcas Island in the San Juan Islands, between 2019 and 2021. Among other noteworthy roles, Mr. Hall was affiliated with Community Health Systems from 2014 to 2019, rising from an assistant chief nursing officer to an interim market chief executive officer for Alliance Health, Durant and Madill.
Besides his civilian work, Mr. Hall spent 16 years in the U.S. Navy as a hospital corpsman, then midshipman, and lieutenant. As a retired military personnel, he continues to give back by volunteering with the nonprofit organization Viets for Afghans. Drawing inspiration from his wife, who also served in the U.S. Navy, he looks forward to continually giving back to worthy causes.
Highly educated, Mr. Hall received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Washington State University in 2002 with a full scholarship from the U.S. Navy, where he was elected into Sigma Theta Tau. He then received a master's degree in health systems management in 2008 and a Master of Business Administration in 2008 from Johns Hopkins University. Mr. Hall also received credentials as a registered nurse through the Washington State Department of Health.
As a dedicated health care executive, Mr. Hall has remained a figure in his professional community as a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Texas Organization of Nurse Executives, and the American Nurses Association.
Throughout his distinguished career in health care, Mr. Hall has been the recipient of numerous awards, including a Spirit of Nursing Award from the U.S. Army Nurse Corps and the National Student Nurses Association in 2002, a President's Leadership Award from Washington State University in 2002, a North Texas HCA Emergency Services Mentorship Award and a Most Improved Throughput Award from North Texas HCA Healthcare in 2013 and 2014, respectively, and a DFW Great 100 Nurse Award in 2014. Mr. Hall's leadership has also garnered him recognition with a Five-Star CMS Rating Award, recognition among the Top 100 Best Hospitals in Orthopedics, and among the Top 100 in Quality for Rural and Community Hospitals, among other accolades.
