His responsibilities include growing the company, meeting with contractors to oversee project progress, ensuring a seamless building experience and conducting architectural design and structural engineering. He also meets with his six employees and two contractors three times a week to stay updated on their projects.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Dutton served as branch manager for the Woodland Park office of Rocky Mountain Group from 2010 to 2015. Before that, he worked as an architectural designer at Colorado Engineering and Geotechnical Group from 2006 to 2010, where he honed his skills in architectural design.

Mr. Dutton's educational background includes an associate degree in architectural design and drafting from IntelliTec College, earned in 2007. Additionally, he holds the ICC F13 National Standard Residential Building Contractor certification from the International Code Council, obtained in 2023, and is a member of the American Institute of Building Design.

Mr. Dutton attributes his success to his Christian faith, consistency and the importance of surrounding himself with the right people while removing negative influences from his life. His passion for building homes began at the age of two when he drew a house for his parents and expressed his desire to construct homes for Jesus. This lifelong narrative drives him to create spaces where individuals can find peace and relaxation.

Throughout his career, Mr. Dutton has been recognized with several awards, including Top Design Talent and Designer of the Year from Architectural Digest in 2023. However, he is most proud of witnessing his clients' satisfaction following the completion of their homes.

In his personal life, Mr. Dutton enjoys hiking, volunteering with the local food pantry and spending time with his family. Looking ahead, he aims to generate $50 million in revenue from his businesses, establish various streams of income, provide generational stability for his family and build homes that offer peace and relaxation in honor of Jesus.
