In addition to his educational background, Mr. Hibben is a member of several industry-related organizations, including the National Contract Management Association. He is also a vintage dance leader with the Folklore Society of Greater Washington and a luthier with June Apple Dulcimers, Inc. He is also Moyaone Association Public Affairs Chair (past MAPA roles include VP, Roads Chair, Secretary, and Director at Large) and Greater Accokeek Civic Association member (past GACA roles include Secretary, and Director at Large). Mr. Hibben is a congregant at Christ Church, in Accokeek, MD. He is bilingual in English/German from his convergent Swabian and Clan Buchanan heritage.
