She currently holds the title of head of finance in the Multifamily and HOA sectors at ADT, where she has been instrumental in supporting the line of business that focuses on smart home technology for multifamily and HOA businesses nationwide. In this role, she collaborates with the sales team to create optimal pricing packages to secure new clients and works closely with the research and development team to implement smart home technology applications. Additionally, she ensures strategic financial management and fosters trust among various business stakeholders. Her work earned her recognition as a Star Business Partner at ADT LLC.

In addition to her primary position, Ms. Mukhamedkhanova has served as the chief financial officer at Rising Solutions LLC since 2022 and as a founder and CEO of  MMB International, a change management and finance consulting firm, since 2019. Additionally, she served the CMO's office as the deputy finance director at the National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine. Prior to these roles, she served as an executive vice president of business development and strategy at UzBites start-up from 2019 to 2020 and as a deputy finance director at the Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine 2018 to 2019.

Ms. Mukhamedkhanova's notable achievement is her long tenure at Pact, an international development organization, where she held various positions from 2013 to 2018. During this period, she played a crucial role in executing projects in politically and economically challenged countries. Her adept budgeting and financial strategy guidance were instrumental in the organization's success. She also spearheaded the implementation of automated financial planning and budgeting systems, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.

Born and raised in Uzbekistan, Ms. Mukhamedkhanova's desire to impact developing countries guided her career path in international economic development. She is very proud of her early career experiences in Washington, DC, working with organizations like Pact, the World Bank, DFID, USAID, UNF, State Department, DoD, American Councils and others, which laid the foundation for her focus on finance within international development contexts.

Ms. Mukhamedkhanova's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and economics from the College of William and Mary. She has also obtained several certifications from Humentum, including a certificate in USAID rules and regulations: grants and cooperative agreements, a certificate in cost proposal development and PMD Pro 1 project management training certification.

Beyond her career duties, Ms. Mukhamedkhanova participated in civic activities, volunteering as a mentor and program officer for StreetWise Partners from 2012 to 2018 and as a volunteer consultant for Compass DC from 2012 to 2015. In her free time, she also enjoys learning about other cultures and history through food and travel, playing Sunday trivia, and surfing and diving.
