Ms. Kyman was influential in several pivotal roles, including board member, former president, and owner. Although she has since retired from active management, she continues to serve as a board member and consultant for the organization.

Before her illustrious career in broadcasting, Ms. Kyman taught at Fairplay Elementary School from 1985 to 1992. During this period, she earned a reputation for her dedication to education and ability to inspire young minds.

Ms. Kyman's educational foundation included a Bachelor of Science in education with a minor in special education from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri, in 1984. She also received a lifetime teacher's certificate, making her highly qualified in the teaching field.
