With over 35 years of experience in the field, he provides environmental consulting services for industrial and municipal groups. His expertise includes environmental permitting, acquisition and divestiture studies, soil and groundwater assessments, and remediation to comply with state and federal regulations. Based in Shreveport, Louisiana, the team at Approach Environmental operates from Georgia to El Paso, Texas, with dedicated professionals from the Atlantic Coast to West Texas, including geoscientists, environmental scientists and engineers.

Before founding his firm, Mr. Moore was technical manager at Bear Creek Environmental Systems from 2006 to 2008. In this capacity, he oversaw various environmental projects and ensured compliance with regulatory standards. Between 1988 and 2006, he was the vice president of operations at Jones Environmental, where he managed daily operations and contributed significantly to the company's growth. Additionally, Mr. Moore succeeded as a geologist at Enviromed and Jones Environmental from 1987 to 2005.

Mr. Moore's career began in the early 1980s when he worked as a geologist for Chaparral Exploration from 1983 to 1986 and Caruthers Producing Company Inc. in 1986. He also worked as a staff geologist and sales representative at Enviromatics from 1987 to 1988. These roles gave Mr. Moore a solid foundation in geology and environmental science, which he has built upon throughout his career.

Mr. Moore received an Associate of Science in petroleum engineering technology and a Bachelor of Science in geology from Louisiana Tech University in 1983. His academic achievements have been instrumental in his professional success, providing him with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in his field. Additionally, Mr. Moore has remained a certified professional geoscientist in Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas and holds designations as a Louisiana response action contractor and registered corrective action specialist with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Moore is actively involved in several industry-related organizations. He serves as a board member and treasurer for the Shreveport Geological Society and is a member of the National Groundwater Association and the Louisiana Oil and Gas Association. Outside of his professional life, Mr. Moore is deeply committed to his faith as a deacon at First Baptist Church in Bossier City.
