His career began at Los Angeles County's Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center, where he worked as a project manager from 1990 to 2002.
Dr. Adams's academic journey laid a strong foundation for his illustrious career. He earned a Doctor of Philosophy in counseling psychology from the University of Southern California in 2002. He also completed a Master of Arts in psychology at California State University, Long Beach in 1990 and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the same institution in 1986. During his educational career, he was recognized for his academic excellence with Dean's List and President's List honors.
