Additionally, he is actively involved in evaluating, purchasing and renovating real estate projects, including a significant office-to-residential conversion for a 150,000-square-foot building on 3rd Avenue in Manhattan.

In addition to his primary role, Mr. Oldacre has been a board member of the Energy Improvement Corporation NY PACE since 2022, where he also chairs the finance committee. Prior to his current positions, he served as chair of the Offsite Construction Council at the National Institute of Building Sciences from 2021 to 2023. He was also the founder and chief executive officer of VMIX Innovative Media from 2005 to 2019 and held the same roles at BK Brownstones, LLC from 2016 to 2019. His earlier career includes positions as chief operating officer at AVCAS from 2008 to 2010 and government treasuries analyst at Credit Suisse from 2001 to 2006.

Mr. Oldacre's educational background has significantly contributed to his professional success, earning a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Virginia in 1998. Further enhancing his expertise, he obtained a certification in construction robotics today from AEC Business, a Columbia Construction Finance Management Certificate from Columbia University and a certification in commercial real estate from Cornell University.

Throughout his career, Mr. Oldacre has been featured on various podcasts and with numerous organizations. He is particularly proud of speaking with several world leaders about energy principles and reduction, having been selected as one of 14 delegates to travel to Copenhagen, Denmark, to meet with energy companies. He attributes his success to grit, perseverance and lessons learned from his early sports competitions, emphasizing the importance of being a humble winner, effective communicator and team player.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Mr. Oldacre is actively involved in several civic-minded organizations. He serves on the board of Ember Charter Schools and volunteers with African American Men of Westchester and the Modular Building Institute.
