Mr. McKeown's career began at Level 3 Communications, Lumen Technologies, where he held various roles from 2009 to 2014. Starting as an intern, he progressed to become a business analyst and later a contract analyst. In 2014, he joined Perficient Inc. as a business consultant and was promoted to senior business consultant in 2015, where he provided strategic advice to clients on business operations. He then served as a software engineering manager at ReadyTalk from 2017 to 2019 and as the head of product management at Covered Insurance from 2019 to 2021 before assuming his current role.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. McKeown is an active member of the Denver Association of Professional Services. Throughout his career, he is particularly proud of transitioning from a stable career in technology to the dynamic field of executive search, successfully building and growing his own book of business despite the challenges associated with a commission-based environment.

Mr. McKeown's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration in entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Denver, earned in 2018, and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Colorado Boulder, completed in 2011. He is also a Certified ScrumMaster.
