Dr. Grow has established herself as a distinguished professional in the field of medical communications, holding the title of senior director of scientific services at Parexel International Corporation. Since assuming this role in 2021, she has provided operational and functional leadership globally to scientific staff across the United States and the United Kingdom. Her responsibilities include ensuring efficient and profitable service delivery, overseeing the scientific team in meeting client expectations in clinical trials, handling publications and physician interactions and maintaining high-quality outcomes while meeting financial metrics and business plans. She manages a portfolio of work valued at $13 million spread across various clients, including climate companies and biotech firms.

Prior to her current position, Dr. Grow served as the director of scientific services at Parexel International from 2017 to 2021. Her career in medical communications began at ETHOS Health Communications where she progressed from a senior medical writer in 2010 to vice president of the strategic scientific communications department by 2014. During her tenure at ETHOS, she played a pivotal role in expanding the department from 25 employees to over 100, demonstrating exceptional leadership and management skills. Early in her career, Dr. Grow was a senior scientific communications manager at AlphaBioCom and a medical writer at ApotheCom Associates.

Complementing professional responsibilities, Dr. Grow has significantly contributed to the scientific community through her involvement with several industry-related organizations, such as the International Society for Medical Publication Professionals and the Medical Affairs Professional Society. She is also an active member of various diversity groups, including The Black Employee Group and Asian STEM.

Dr. Grow's academic background laid a solid foundation for her career achievements. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Temple University School of Medicine from 2003 to 2006 after earning her PhD in immunology and microbiology from the same institution. She also holds a Master of Science in medical microbiology and a Bachelor of Science in biology with a minor in psychology from Long Island University, where she graduated with university honors.

Dr. Grow's commitment to her field is evident through her receipt of various industry honors, including several awards in research and travel from the National Institute on Drug Abuse. She attributes her many professional achievements to her faith and the guidance of influential women leaders in her life.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Grow is deeply committed to civic engagement and mentoring within her community. She is a pending board member with the National Kidney Foundation and actively participates as a CRA Wisdom Circle Mentor through Parexel International. Furthermore, she has led good publication practices presentations for ISMPP and serves as a catechism co-instructor and member of the Legion of Mary at her local church.

In her personal life, Dr. Grow enjoys spending time with her family and practicing photography as a hobby.
