Ms. Grove is a distinguished professional in the field of accounting operations, currently serving as the director of field accounting – transformation at AssuredPartners. Since assuming this position in 2021, she has demonstrated exceptional expertise and dedication to her profession. She is currently engaged in a significant transformation project, as one of three field representatives from the back office. Her responsibilities include merging the back office with the front office to ensure a seamless data system, testing, building structure and setting up all offices and related functions.

She previously served as a senior associate at Brown Edwards in 2018; the firm was then acquired by AssuredPartners West Virginia and Ms. Grove assumed the role of financial controller from 2018 to 2021.

Ms. Grove's career in the corporate sector began at Gibbons & Kawash, A.C., where she worked as an associate accountant from 2013 to 2015 before being promoted to senior auditor from 2015 to 2018. She also served in a managerial role at Arby's Restaurant Group Inc. as a shift manager from 2006 to 2010.

Ms. Grove's most notable achievement is her involvement in her current project at AssuredPartners. As one of three field representatives overseeing a region with 890 employees—one of eight regions nationwide—she plays a crucial role in ensuring the project's success.
Ms. Grove's academic background includes a Master of Science in accounting from Marshall University, obtained in 2012, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University, completed in 2010. She attributes her overall success to hard work, continuous learning, effective networking, supportive mentors and taking on increased responsibilities throughout her career. Her experience in public accounting has also been instrumental in her transition into the industry.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Ms. Grove is involved in civic activities as a donor to both United Way and her local community. In her personal life, she enjoys traveling, music, attending concerts, walking and hiking. Looking ahead in her career, she aspires to obtain a chief financial officer position and eventually open her own company.
