Subsequently, she joined Hewlett Packard as an account manager between 1996 and 1999, then with Agilent Technologies Inc. as a field engineer, account manager, and business development manager for another 10 years.

Ms. Stacker's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering with a focus on fiber optics communications from California Polytechnic at San Luis Obispo in 1996 and a Master of Business Administration from the Lam Family College of Business at San Francisco State University in 2007. She has also held a certification in Network+ from CISCO.

In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Stacker is actively involved with several industry-related organizations, reflecting her dedication to making a positive impact beyond her professional endeavors. She is active in the Society of Women Engineers, the SHPE and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

Civically invested, Ms. Stacker has served on the board of directors for AbilityPath in Burlingame, California, since 2021. The nonprofit has supported children and adults with special needs through various programs and services for over 70 years.
