A dedicated professional in the field of clinical and hospital sales, Mr. Hoppe has served as a territory manager at Aspen Medical Products since 2024. In this role, he collaborates with neurosurgery clinics to support the rehabilitation and bracing of patients, assists with program practices for post-operative care and contributes to the development of rehabilitation equipment. His expertise in spine and pain management, as well as rehab products, has been instrumental in his success. Prior to his current position, he was a product specialist at Aspen from 2023 to 2024, where he honed his skills in sales and product knowledge.

Before joining Aspen Medical Products, Mr. Hoppe worked as a physician group director at Our Lady of the Lake from 2022 to 2023. His responsibilities included overseeing operations and ensuring quality patient care within the group. From 2021 to 2022, he served as a durable medical equipment (DME) manager at Ochsner Health, where he managed orthopedic and rehabilitation programs.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Hoppe served as an orthopedic orthotic fitter at Ochsner Health from 2019 to 2021, gaining valuable experience in patient care and orthotic fitting. From 2018 to 2019, he became a studio manager at Orangetheory Fitness after starting as a lead sales associate. His career has been marked with multiple accolades for dedication and leadership, including employee of the month and leader of the month on multiple occasions.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Hoppe is an active member of industry-related organizations including the American College of Healthcare Executives and Agora. His commitment to professional development is further demonstrated by his certification in diversity and inclusion in the workplace from ESSEC Business School and his lean Six Sigma yellow belt certification from Ochsner Health, both obtained in 2021.

Mr. Hoppe's equally diverse educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in health care from Louisiana State University, a Master of Science in kinesiology and sports management from and a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology and human movement science. He is also proud to have completed the Barton Leadership Program in Baton Rouge, further expanding his personal and professional growth through valuable leadership training.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Hoppe is actively involved in civic organizations. He serves as a football coach and volunteers with the American Heart Association and Take Paws Rescue, a volunteer-run pet adoption service that rescues dogs in need and connects them with loving families.

In his spare time, Mr. Hoppe enjoys watching football games, participating in professional development clubs and spending time with his family. Looking to the future, he plans to invest in real estate and engage in entrepreneurial endeavors while continuing his work in the health care industry. He is particularly interested in owning small businesses in the Baton Rouge area with a focus on community engagement.
