During that period, she was most proud of her achievements in enhancing process efficiencies through value stream analysis and comprehensive gap analyses, which led to significant cost savings across the organization.

Ms. Kim began her career as a logistics and purchasing assistant manager at Donghee from 2012 to 2015. Following this initial experience, she enjoyed roles at LG Chem as a logistics and purchasing manager from 2015 to 2017 and a direct commodity manager for raw materials at Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas Inc. from 2017 to 2018. Wherever she has worked, Ms. Kim's ability to negotiate enterprise contracts and streamline operations has been a hallmark of her career.

In tandem with her professional experience, Ms. Kim holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, which she completed in 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from California State University, Sacramento, which she earned in 2012. Her degrees are further complemented by the following certifications and designations: a Project Management Professional designation from the Project Management Institute, which she completed in 2024, and a project management certificate from Florida Atlantic University, which she received in 2020.
