During his tenure, he was pivotal in establishing the general contractor as one of the largest in the Midwest, specializing in roofing, siding, gutters, and masonry work. Under Mr. Ruiter's leadership, the company expanded to serve 14 states and became a significant customer of ABC Supply Co., INC. This accomplishment stands as a defining moment in his career.

Additionally, Mr. Ruiter garnered expertise as an estimator of residential and commercial projects at Timberline Roofing and Siding from 2012 to 2013. Previously, he worked as a contract manager at Timberline Contract Management, where he was involved in estimating, sales, project management, insurance negotiation and restoration for residential contracts between 2010 and 2012. Mr. Ruiter's career began in 2003 as a Carpenter and quickly advanced from there. Mr. Ruiter's diverse experience across various roles has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry.

Mr. Ruiter graduated from Park High School in 2003. His dedication to excellence includes recognition as a Certified Master Installer from Certainteed, James Hardie Certified Installer, and LP Smartside Expert Installer. To remain aware of developments in his field, he is an active member of industry-related organizations, such as Rochester Area Builders and the Commercial Builders Council.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Ruiter is actively involved in civic-minded organizations, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, among contributing to other various Charity Organizations.

Mr. Ruiter's significant sales volume with both general contractors and suppliers has been instrumental throughout his career. He also attributes his success to his unwavering commitment to doing things correctly. He has consistently held himself accountable for mistakes and has refunded money on projects when errors were discovered or costs were lower than anticipated.
