Prior to setting sail on her career path, she undertook studies in psychology at both Rowan College of Gloucester County and Kaplan University. She subsequently broadened her professional expertise by acquiring a Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Phoenix, followed by a master's degree in general school counseling. Furthering her academic pursuits, she obtained a PhD in advanced studies in human behavior from Capella University, where she was inducted into the President's List on several occasions.

Dr. Windsor had the honor of presenting her dissertation research at Capella's Virtual Psychology Research Conference, under the theme: Psychological Research Applied to Everyday Life. In addition to her academic achievements, she has earned certifications from such esteemed organizations as the American Heart Association, the National Board for Certified Counselors, the American School Counselor Association and the American Red Cross over the course of her career.

As a commitment to her field, Dr. Windsor has sustained her membership with such organizations as the American School Counselor Association, the American Psychological Association, the New Jersey School Counselor Association and the National Society of Leadership and Success. Likewise dedicated to civic advocacy, she contributes to her community through donations to various charitable organizations.
