Earlier in his career, he served as an F-15E instructor pilot from 1997 to 2021, honing his expertise in military aviation and strategy.

His tenure as Weapons Division Chief for SAF AQL from 2018 to 2020 further showcased his operational planning capabilities. Additionally, as an Airpower Strategist in the USAF Headquarters with HAF A3K Checkmate from 2016 to 2018, he contributed to critical military initiatives. Other notable roles include Squadron Commander of the 705th Training Squadron from 2014 to 2016, Director of Operations for the 366th Operations Support Squadron from 2013 to 2014, and Chief of Wing Plans for the 366th Fighter Wing from 2011 to 2013.

Throughout his service, Colonel (Ret) McGlamory received numerous accolades, including the Legion of Merit and the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, recognizing his exceptional leadership and contributions to the USAF and Department of Defense.

Colonel (Ret) McGlamory's academic achievements have been instrumental to his success.
