Before obtaining her current role, Ms. Woodard gained valuable expertise at Eastman Chemical as an innovation leader specializing in strategic marketing and global sustainability market research leader. Backed by her considerable educational and professional resume, she most recently excelled as a global marketing and North American business director for LyondellBasell Industries Holdings.

One of the most significant milestones in Ms. Woodard's career was her leadership roles at Eastman Chemical and LyondellBasell. These roles brought her unparalleled professional excitement and fulfillment. She has had the privilege of leading a diverse group of individuals from various ethnic backgrounds and cultures.
