Before accepting his current appointment, Mr. Ghadge excelled as a senior mechanical engineer at PDC Machines from 2021 to 2022 where he applied his extensive knowledge to create innovative diaphragm compressor packages for hydrogen and other industrial gases. As a project manager at Chemex Global Inc. from 2020 to 2021, he oversaw the initiation and execution of complex projects. Notably, during his time with Enerflex Ltd. from 2013 to 2020 as a project engineer and manager of gas processing, he designed compressor packages for interstate gas transportation pipelines and screw compressor packages for boil-off gas and other applications.

Mr. Ghadge's earlier career includes significant leadership roles such as project engineer at Atlas Copco from 2011 to 2013, and he thrived as a design analyst at Lamar University between 2008 and 2010. He created a model to remove lunar dust from the surface of an astronaut which was sponored by NASA. He began earning professional experience upon accepting the title of mechanical engineer with Inox Air Products in 2007, and Mr. Ghadge trained in HVAC protocols at United Refrigeration Pvt. Ltd. from 2006 to 2007.

Mr. Ghadge possesses notable expertise in the development of natural gas processing plants, including his work on a project for Shell Nigeria that effectively addressed the issue of limited access to natural gas for household cooking. Additionally, Mr. Ghadge was responsible for designing the first trailer-mounted hydrogen gas compressor package for Nikola Motor's refueling station, branding the HYLA.

Exceptional academic achievements further define Mr. Ghadge's presence in the field and contribute to his broad skill set. He completed a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Mumbai in 2007 before pursuing graduate studies. He now proudly holds a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from Lamar University, which he finished in 2010. Additionally, Mr. Ghadge holds the Lean Six Sigma green belt certification, a designation that reflects his ongoing commitment to continuing education and to the advancement of engineering processes. Mr. Ghadge remains actively involved with industry-related organizations such as Sigma Phi and IEEE, where he has been a senior member since 2023. He also humbly volunteers with Jeevanvidya Center Inc., demonstrative of his deep dedication to civic engagement and community service. He achieves balance through the pursuit of diverse interests that include playing the tabla, traveling, photography and decorating, and he is a devoted father to one daughter.
