As the managing partner at MRI Coil Guru, he plays a pivotal role in helping clients manage repair costs, overseeing daily operations, and facilitating the engineering and repair of MRI devices.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Thomas co-founded MAK Coil Services LLC, serving as the technical director from 2016 to 2017. His leadership and technical acumen were instrumental in establishing the company's reputation for excellence in MRI coil services. Before this venture, he was a service engineer at BC Technical Inc. in 2016 and a lead service engineer at Magnaserv Inc. from 2014 until 2015.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Thomas contributed significantly as an RF engineer and technical operations manager at MRIcoilrepair.com from 2011 to 2012, during which time he further developed his expertise in MRI technology. Between 2009 and 2011, he served as an MRI coil repair technician at Medical Imaging Solutions, following his tenure at Rockwell Automation, where he honed his technical skills as an electrical technician from 2008 until 2009.

After serving in the U.S. Air Force from 2002 to 2004, Mr. Thomas began his career at GE HealthCare as a service engineer between 2005 and 2008. These early experiences laid the foundation for his disciplined approach to work and technical proficiency, invaluable skills in the health care technology sector. His commitment to professional development is further evidenced by his membership in the Radiological Society of North America.

Crucial in shaping Mr. Thomas's strategic approach to business management and technical operations was his academic background. He earned a Bachelor of Science in technical management from DeVry University in 2010, followed by a Master of Business Administration in project management from the Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University, obtained in 2011. He attributes his success to recognizing both his strengths and weaknesses, focusing on areas in which he excels while delegating tasks outside his expertise.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Thomas is actively involved in community service through a youth-focused program, demonstrating his commitment to civic engagement and mentorship. Reflecting on his career, he is especially proud of earning his MBA and establishing specialized training courses for various companies across the country.
