Since the company's founding, Mr. Lemieux has focused on reviewing third-party compliance documentation for clients, including biological safety cabinet certifications, air and balancing reports, fume hood, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, cleanroom certification reports, and exhaust systems documentation.

In addition to his role at Suretech Systems, Mr. Lemieux has held several significant positions throughout his career. From 2023 to 2024, he was the training director at Vanir Technical Group VTG LLC, where he focused on developing training programs for cleanroom professionals. He was also a senior staff engineer at PharmaCerts LLC between 2020 and 2023 and Daldrop SBB from 2019 to 2020. Mr. Lemieux's expertise in quality assurance was also recognized during his time as the vice president of quality and training at Air Systems Technology between 2016 and 2019.

Mr. Lemieux's commitment to research and development was previously evident in his roles at Sullivan Bazinet Bongio (S.B.B. INC.), where he served as a research and development manager from 2013 to 2016. He also spent many years as a contractor for Biogen between 1990 and 2013, where he gained invaluable experience in the biotechnology sector. Mr. Lemieux's career began in 1981 and as the president of Certco Inc. in 1989, where he laid the foundation for his future endeavors.

A graduate of Northeastern University, Mr. Lemieux received a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering in 2003. He also received a designation as a registered engineer-in-training in Massachusetts. Moreover, he holds several certifications, including an ANSI/NSF-49 accredited biological safety cabinet certifier and a CETA-registered cleanroom certification professional specializing in sterile compounding facilities. Mr. Lemieux's dedication to continuous learning and curiosity have been key to his professional achievements.

Active in his professional community, Mr. Lemieux is a member of the Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technology, the National Environmental Balancing Bureau, the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, and the Controlled Environment Testing Association among others,. Outside of his professional life, he is committed to local initiatives, including the Tunnel for Towers Association.

Mr. Lemieux's extensive knowledge of industry standards, such as ANSI/NSF-49, N.E.B.B., I.E.S.T., and ISO standards has been instrumental in his success. He has also become an accomplished author, publishing "Cleanroom Guidebook: Testing and Certification" in 2018 and "Critical Analysis of Cleanroom and Biological Safety Cabinetry Certification & Balancing Reports" in 2019. These books reflect his deep understanding of cleanroom environments and have contributed significantly to the field. As a subject matter expert and trainer, he takes pride in mentoring the next generation of cleanroom professionals through extensive reading, research, and practical training.
