Mr. Foster, a distinguished quality assurance manager at Eagle Eye Networks and a leader in cloud video surveillance, has built a remarkable career in the technology sector. His professional trajectory is marked by significant achievements and contributions to the field, including high-level positions with Environmental Solutions Group from 2020 to 2023 as a quality assurance lead for 3rdEye and subsequently as a member of its technical staff for business intelligence QA until 2024.

Having commenced his career at Hewlett-Packard (HP) in Fort Collins, Colorado, as a software engineer in 1984, Mr. Foster transitioned to a project manager role, where he honed his leadership skills over five years. His tenure at Tandem Computers Inc., which later became part of HP through acquisitions, was notable for his ability to revitalize a struggling team and implement effective benchmarking plans. His leadership was instrumental in improving team morale and performance. In 1997, Mr. Foster became the director of quality assurance at Softway Systems, Inc., followed by a similar position at Red Hat Inc. from 1999 to 2002. His expertise in quality assurance was further demonstrated during his time at Amazon from 2015 to 2020, where he focused on AWS Hardware, Payment Products, and Customer Journey.

Mr. Foster's education began with a Bachelor of Science in computer science, with special distinction, from the University of Oklahoma in 1983. His commitment to continuous learning is evident through his Eagle Eye Networks Foundations certification.

Throughout his career, Mr. Foster has been actively involved in industry-related organizations, such as the American Society for Quality. Additionally, he has contributed to civic activities as the marching band pit crew coordinator for Fossil Ridge High School within the Poudre School District.

Mr. Foster's work led to the development of two U.S. patents for an automated software license detection and analysis system and an automated firmware analysis and recovery system. His dedication is further exemplified by an honorable mention he received for a paper presented at the HP Software Engineering Productivity Course in 1990. His perseverance and commitment to excellence have been key to his success throughout his illustrious career.

Looking ahead, Mr. Foster intends to remain focused on enhancing workplace efficiency and implementing cost-saving strategies before retirement.
