Ms. Raleigh's commitment to social responsibility and community development is evident through her work and is her most notable achievement.

In addition to her role at Sadaya's Properties LLC, Ms. Raleigh has been a senior procurement specialist for a private company in Minnesota since 2024. Her expertise in procurement and strategic sourcing has been instrumental in driving efficiencies and cost savings for the organization.

Earlier, Ms. Raleigh gained valuable experience as an apprentice electrician with Elliott Electric Service in Fridley from 2016 to 2017. She also worked for DJO in Shoreview as a patient service representative from 2004 until the company's closure in 2015. Ms. Raleigh's career began at Open Cities Health Center in Saint Paul, where she worked as a scheduler between 2003 and 2004.

Ms. Raleigh's journey is marked by perseverance and dedication. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, and a Master of Business Administration from Walden University in 2024. Before earning her degrees, she pursued coursework in sociology at Concordia University-St. Paul in 1997, completed coursework towards the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program and vocational nurse training at Saint Paul College-A Community and Technical College in 1998, completed an electrician apprentice certificate, with honors, from Summit Academy OIC in 2017, and completed coursework toward receiving a real estate license through The CE Shop in 2019.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Raleigh is actively involved in civic initiatives. Among her most notable contributions, she funded and distributed Christmas care packages at Dorothy Day House, a homeless shelter in Saint Paul, in 2012 and volunteered as a driver for Meals on Wheels America from 2014 to 2015.

During her tenure at DJO, Ms. Raleigh excelled in sales despite not having a formal background in the field. She earned recognition as one of the top sales representatives and received accolades such as the President's Club and Circle of Excellence awards.

Looking ahead, Ms. Raleigh aims to continue expanding Sadaya's Properties LLC to provide more affordable housing options in southern regions, furthering her impact on community development and social equity.
