Rising from humble beginnings, Mr. Bolduma spent his childhood in Ukraine, where he began working in various construction roles at the age of 13; two years later, he was collaborating with his father to build their family home. After moving to the United States in 2009 with only $300 to his name, he settled in Delaware and worked tirelessly in construction by day and at a restaurant by night. Through dedication and perseverance, he advanced to a role in the state of Virginia, where he contributed to a Washington DC downtown redevelopment project. In 2015, he relocated to Florida and joined a prominent concrete company. With hard work, he obtained the necessary licensing and launched his own company, focusing on structural concrete to ensure building integrity and safety.

Mr. Bolduma holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in biomedical equipment engineering from the Petro Mohyla Mykolayiv State University, graduating in 2009. He attributes much of his success to the support of his mother, who encouraged him to learn English during his formative years in Ukraine, and his wife, who has remained a steadfast companion throughout various challenges and successes.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Bolduma is actively involved in charity work supporting schools and first responders and engages in community service initiatives. He is also a member of the International Concrete Repair Institute, reflecting his commitment to industry standards and advancements.

Outside of work, Mr. Bolduma enjoys fishing, boating, target shooting, and spending quality time with his son. Looking ahead, he plans to establish a trade school designed for individuals who lack financial resources for higher education.
