Additionally, she excels in coaching and mentoring cross-functional teams to deliver value, establishing new initiatives to enhance team efficiency and managing projects that drive growth and revenue for organizations.

Prior to her current positions, Ms. Williams served as an engagement manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS) for over a year, during which time she honed her skills in driving strategic business outcomes.

Providing a strong foundation for Ms. Williams's career in project management was her academic background, inclusive of a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on finance and marketing. She also holds several certifications that have equipped her with additional skills, including as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, an Agile Certified Practitioner, a Certified ScrumMaster and a Certified Product Owner.
