Additionally, Mr. Curtis relies on skills earned through his tenure as a sales and project manager at Cement Elegance from 2016 to 2020. Prior experience in financial services, insurance, and information technology round out a diverse range of skills and knowledge.

Mr. Curtis's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Oregon State University, where he graduated cum laude in 2000 and served as the president of the institution's Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society chapter. Mr. Curtis also prioritizes productive networking and values the relationships he has forged through continued affiliation with organizations that include Alpha Kappa Psi, where he previously served as membership chair.

Mr. Curtis is humbled to follow the example of his father, who excelled as an engineer and modeled a strong work ethic, and his mother, whose contributions provided a stable home environment throughout his youth.
