Prior to founding RUBI, Ms. Butler served as a senior advisor at Cresa from 2017 to 2018 after fulfilling the role of director of business development at Frozen Egg Bank Network for the preceding two years. Her career also includes tenure as a recruiter for The Clinical Recruiting Group from 2010 to 2015, where she developed a keen understanding of talent acquisition and management.

Ms. Butler's early career was marked by roles in sales and marketing at Capitol Helicopters Inc. and a position in government affairs at General Mills Inc. Furthering her industry expertise, she is actively involved in industry-related organizations, serving as a board member for Sober and on the advisory board for Yardstik Inc.

Academically, Ms. Butler holds a Bachelor's Degree in communications from Pine Manor College, obtained in 1997. During her time there, she was the captain of the soccer team, an experience that instilled in her the values of perseverance, teamwork and leadership. In addition to these attributes, she gives credit to her coaches and mentors for her professional success.

Furthermore, Ms. Butler attributes her resilience during challenging times and confidence in pursuing her goals to the guidance of supportive mentors and advisors, particularly Jeff Hoffman, who serves as the consulting chief executive officer of RUBI.
