Ms. Cerni's career journey began as an administrator at Primary Care Physicians from 1985 to 1995. During this time, she honed her administrative skills and gained valuable experience in managing healthcare operations. Following this role, she served as a patient care coordinator at Physicians Center For Renewal from 2009 to 2020, where she further developed her expertise in patient care and coordination. She attributes her achievements to her upbringing, supportive husband and faith, which have significantly influenced her career.

Ms. Cerni's educational background includes an associate degree from Ron Baron's School of Interior Design and a Bachelor of Arts in general studies from Saddleback Community College. She also completed coursework in general studies at Youngstown State University. Her education has provided a strong foundation for her diverse career path.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Cerni is actively involved in civic organizations. She has served as a board member for Women of Chapman since 2014 and was an executive board member for the Collaborative Courts Foundation from 2010 to 2016. Additionally, she is on the executive board of directors for Camino Health Centers at Mission Hospital and volunteers at communal health centers.

Ms. Cerni has received several accolades for her contributions to the business community, including being nominated for the Women In Business award by the Orange County Business Journal in 2018.
