Before that, she served as the global talent leader and chief of staff at Aon Hewitt Talent between 2014 and 2017. She also had the opportunity to work for Aon Hewitt as a global human resources leader for the U.S. retirement and investment consulting practice from 2012 to 2013 and a global human resources leader for human resources business process outsourcing between 2010 and 2013. Ms. Favaroth's early experiences included working with MD Anderson Cancer Center as a senior human resources business partner from 2005 to 2010, where she honed her skills in human resources within the health care sector.

Ms. Favaroth's career began at Target Corporation, where she was recruited for their time management training program after graduating from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Her educational background also includes a Master of Business Administration from Texas Woman's University in 2009. Besides her formal education, Ms. Favaroth holds several professional credentials, including a Textio inclusive recruiting certification and designation as a talent optimization certified leader and certified partner from The Predictive Index.
