Ms. Urbanova's varied career experiences include her tenure as a human resources specialist at Election Systems and Software LLC in 2023, and she thrived as a sales account manager with Axon Lab from 2015 to 2016. She also has extensive experience in the health care sector after working as an intensive care nurse at the Institute of Clinical and Experimental Medicine from 2008 to 2011, where Ms. Urbanova developed a strong foundation in patient care and advocacy.

A passion for continuous learning has prompted Ms. Urbanova to persist in realizing her higher education aspirations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Nebraska Omaha and earned a Master of Business Administration in human resource management from the University of Northern Colorado. She also proudly completed coursework in social-labor law and employment at the Prague School of Advanced Legal Studies and nursing coursework at the School of Nursing Vsetin. Ms. Urbanova is currently pursuing a Master of Science in clinical mental health counseling to advance her understanding of human behavior and motivation.

Ms. Urbanova's commitment to creating opportunities for those who lack access to a quality education and support system is evident through her role as a board member of Moylan Premier Skating Club since 2024 and her volunteerism as a mentor with Mentor Collective from 2022 to 2024. Her personal life is enriched by her family, including two active children, and in her personal time she enjoys horseback riding.
