"Tony" Spencer, vocalist, recording artist and composer at Enrapture Records, has been selected for a cover feature in the Eighteenth Edition of Marquis Millennium Magazine. Released triannually, Millennium Magazine features the narrative biographies of the world's most esteemed and accomplished professionals. The publication is available exclusively to Marquis listees, and inclusion is by invitation only.

At the onset of his vocational journey, Anthony J. "Tony" Spencer joined the United States Marine Corps, honorably serving among the presidential honor guard in Washington, DC, in 1972. He later joined the Annapolis Fire Department and obtained his paramedic certification, becoming the first Black paramedic in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. After graduating from Sojourner-Douglass College with a BA in administration and management, he brought his experience to the University of Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute, where he was a faculty member between 1999 and 2000. He later returned to Sojourner-Douglass College to continue his education, earning an MPA in public administration.
