Currently serving as the vice president and litigation claims counsel at Heritage Property and Casualty Co., Ms. Seale has established an impressive career in legal services. Specializing in property insurance, liability insurance oversight and homeowner and commercial property claims, she oversees a team of managing attorneys and is responsible for reviewing litigations and assessing cases for trial or settlement. Her journey to the position of vice president was marked by a series of progressive roles within Heritage Insurance, including managing litigation counsel and lead litigation counsel from 2021 to 2022 and senior staff counsel from 2019 to 2021.

Before joining Heritage Insurance, Ms. Seale honed her legal acumen at Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP as of counsel from 2017 to 2019. Her tenure at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer P.A., where she served as a partner from 2016 to 2017 and an associate from 2015 to 2016, further solidified her reputation in the legal community. Earlier in her career, she was an associate at the Rock Law Group from 2011 to 2015. Prior to entering the legal profession, she gained valuable experience in engineering as a branch manager and project engineer at Professional Service Industries Inc. from 2000 to 2008.

Ms. Seale's diverse academic background laid a strong foundation for her achievements in multiple fields. After completing a Bachelor of Science in civil and architectural engineering at the University of Miami in 2000, she worked for four years and passed the exam to become a licensed professional engineer. Deciding to pursue her passion for law, she went on to earn a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 2011, was admitted to practice law by the Georgia and Florida Bar Associations and is currently licensed to practice by the Florida Bar Association.

Known for her contributions as a civic-minded citizen, Ms. Seale is actively involved in organizations such as Case Made, Second Harvest, the Make a Wish Foundation and Angel Tree. Her accomplishments in a male-dominated field were recognized with the Outstanding Excellence in Dedication of Professionalism and Achievement for Women award by the National Association of Professional Women in 2017.

Ms. Seale attributes her storied success to hard work and persistence, often advising others to take consistent steps toward their goals. Her journey has required significant sacrifices, including resigning from a successful engineering career to pursue her dream of being a lawyer and more recently relocating from Orlando to Tampa and enduring a challenging commute for over two years. Despite these challenges, she remains focused on achieving her aspirations and continues to make meaningful contributions to the legal field and beyond.
