With more than 35 years of experience, she currently serves as the director of market access at Artia Solutions, a role she assumed in 2025. Her leadership and strategic acumen have been instrumental in advancing the company's objectives and enhancing client relations.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Dolan dedicated over two decades to Illinois Medicaid as a clinical pharmacist specializing in PDL management from 2003 to 2025. During this tenure, she was pivotal in implementing several special programs, including the Hemophilia Care Management program, which stands as one of her most notable achievements. Her contributions significantly improved patient care and optimized resource allocation within the organization. Her career began in retail pharmacy, where she honed her skills from 1990 to 2003.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Dolan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in pharmacology from St. Louis College of Pharmacy, where she graduated in 1989. Her decision to pursue pharmacy was influenced by her father, who was also a pharmacist with his own practice. In addition to being raised in the pharmacy environment, the field made good use of her aptitude for math and science.

Outside of her professional life, Ms. Dolan enjoys creating epoxy resin art and crafting jewelry, trays and stained glass windows. She also prioritizes spending time with her family, including her husband and three children and their partners, cherishing annual family vacations on the beaches of Florida, their tradition since 1993. She is also an active member of the National Bleeding Disorders Foundation, serving as an advisory board member.

Looking toward the future, Ms. Dolan plans to continue consulting with Artia Solutions before retiring to enjoy more time with her family on the beach.
