A seasoned leader with a diverse career spanning several decades, Mr. Millett currently serves as the third-generation president of Unipak Aviation LLC in Sarasota, Florida. Since assuming the role in 2024, he has been instrumental in steering the company toward growth and innovation. His responsibilities include making strategic decisions regarding new capabilities, designs and manufacturing processes. He also oversees financial management such as cash flow forecasts and profit and loss statements, ensuring the company's continued success in maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services.

Before starting his tenure at Unipak Aviation, Mr. Millett was deeply involved in the music industry as a music producer for Jahstone Productions since 1993. His passion for music is further evidenced by his membership in the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers and Broadcast Music Inc. As a musician himself for more than 30 years, he has taught and trained many aspiring artists and helped them develop their individual techniques.

Mr. Millett's career also includes a longstanding role as an executive chef from 1986 to 2017. His culinary expertise was further showcased during his time as a personal chef for Julian Schnabel from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, he worked as a financial planner with Ameriprise Financial Services LLC from 2007 to 2008 and was the director of operations for Dustin Yellin from 2008 to 2012. With a career that spans multiple industries, he has distinguished himself as an effective and compassionate leader who creates positive, healthy environments for his colleagues to work in.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Millett has made significant contributions to his community through civic involvement. He is a member of the Durham Township Planning Board and serves as a judge for the Rolls-Royce Owners' Club. His commitment to community service extends to supporting local emergency services through fundraising efforts and contributing to animal shelters.

Mr. Millett's academic background includes a diploma from Palisades High School in Pennsylvania, obtained in 1992. He attributes much of his success to the strong work ethic instilled by his family and the influence of strong leaders throughout his life. Raised in a farming community, he learned the value of hard work early on, which has been a driving force behind his accomplishments.

Mr. Millett is also widely renowned as a pioneer, having invented an art process for laminating glass that is still taught in college courses today. His contributions led to the establishment of Pioneer Works, a nonprofit art studio that has since become a community staple in the science, art and music realms. After decades of success in various fields, he remains dedicated to preserving his township and contributing to his community by passing on his knowledge and helping others achieve their goals.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Millett enjoys music, flies as a student pilot and manages the family farm. With deep roots in Bucks County dating back to the 17th century, he values family heritage and regularly participates in family reunions with over 250 cousins in the area.
