Mr. Hull has established a distinguished career in the field of software development, with a particular focus on data integration and user interface systems. As the lead developer at JPPA Park Seed since 2023, he has been instrumental in connecting disparate systems to facilitate efficient data exchange. His work enhances productivity by automating manual processes and improving security measures. Prior to his current role, he served as a senior software developer at Park Seed from 2017 to 2023, during which time he honed his skills in developing robust software solutions.

From 2013 until 2017, Mr. Hull was a senior software developer at Super Duper Publications, where he contributed to the development of educational materials and tools. He further refined his skills in data integration during his tenure as a senior developer at AssetPoint between 2010 and 2013. Previously, he held the position of lead developer at US Foods from 2004 to 2010, playing a key role in streamlining operations through innovative software solutions.

Prior to joining US Foods, Mr. Hull contributed his expertise as a lead analyst at Siemens from 1998 until 2004, as well as a senior programmer and senior developer there between 1995 and 2004. He previously served as a senior training consultant at Shared Medical Systems from 1994 to 1998, where he discovered his passion for teaching — a skill that has become an unexpected yet rewarding aspect of his career. This position followed his time as a systems analyst consultant at Computer Horizons from 1988 until 1995 and as a system administrator with the same company between 1989 and 1992. Concurrent to these roles, he gained valuable experience at GTE Data Services as a systems analyst consultant from 1988 to 1994 and as a software consultant from 1991 to 1993.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Hull acquired significant experience in programming as a senior programmer analyst at ETC Inc. between 1985 and 1988. Before working for ETC Inc., he served as a programmer analyst at Breeze-Eastern from 1983 to 1985 and as a programmer and consultant there from 1982 until 1983. He began his journey as a programmer at Graphics Package from 1981 to 1982, laying the foundation for his later achievements in system analysis and software consulting.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Hull is a member of Toastmasters International, an organization that has helped him refine his communication skills. His dedication to continuous learning is evident in his pursuit of certifications such as Microsoft Certified Trainer and a private pilot license, enabling him to master diverse skills and enhance his professional capabilities. As an avid sailor, Mr. Hull obtained a United States Coast Guard captain's license, master rating with a sailing endorsement. He applied that license commercially working as a delivery boat captain, sailing instructor, charter captain, and for one summer, tour guide for Ride The Ducks tours in Philadelphia, PA.

Pivotal in Mr. Hull's ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative solutions was his educational background, inclusive of completed coursework in computer science from Moravian College. He attributes much of his success to his creativity, which allows him to visualize complete solutions before implementation.

Outside his career, Mr. Hull is passionate about sailing and equestrian sports, having actively sailed for 35 years and competed in national sailboat races. As he looks toward the future, he hopes to engage more with the world through charitable work, volunteering and exploring new opportunities. He also aspires to travel and share these experiences with others while continuing to teach and mentor in both sailing and programming.
