Before joining Microsoft, Ms. Chang spent a decade at SAP, beginning in 2009, where she held several roles, including senior value advisor, senior financial services value advisor and customer engagement manager for the cloud. Her work focused on creating client value propositions and implementing solutions that enhanced digital or sustainability transformations. Ms. Chang also excelled as a product manager at General Electric in Mexico City from 2006 to 2009, where she notably created the first eco-friendly mortgage in Mexico. Her earlier years included roles at PwC in mergers and acquisitions, Interbank as a branch manager, and IBM as a treasury analyst, dating back to 1995.

Ms. Chang's academic background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú in 1996 and a master's degree in finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico in 2003. Her education has been instrumental in her career achievements, providing a strong foundation for her finance and business management roles. Ms. Chang also pursued numerous certifications from prestigious institutions, such as Harvard Business School Online, MIT Professional Education and the University of Cambridge, which further honed her leadership skills, sustainability strategies and business value management.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Chang is actively involved in civic organizations and charitable activities. She participates in initiatives such as Swim Across America for breast cancer and environmental causes and volunteers with ARBIO Perú to protect Amazon rainforest biodiversity.
