His expertise in fire sprinklers has been instrumental in the success of his business, which he established in 1997 and incorporated in 2001. Mr. Lemmons takes pride in being one of the few privately owned businesses still thriving in his state over the last 30 years.

In addition to his role at Three Alarm Fire Protection, Mr. Lemmons is the founder and chief executive officer of Lemmons Family Vineyards in Livermore, a venture he embarked on in 2017. His passion for viticulture led him to further expand his business interests by acquiring Concannon Estate and Winery in Livermore in 2024. That same year, Mr. Lemmons founded Precision Turned Products in Houston as the chief executive officer. In each of these roles, he is actively involved in estimating and managing daily operations.

Mr. Lemmons's professional journey began with a distinguished military career as an aviator in the U.S. Army from 1992 to 2013. During his service, he completed multiple combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan as a commander. Mr. Lemmons's dedication to service earned him numerous accolades, including the Bronze Star Medal, Air Medal with Valor, Meritorious Service Medal and several campaign medals.

Beyond his honorable service, Mr. Lemmons received a bachelor's degree in biochemistry and molecular genetics from the University of California Davis in 2003. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is committed to serving veterans and mentoring high school students through the ROTC program at his alma mater. He sponsors veterans' programs by hosting fishing trips in Alaska and hunting excursions at his ranch in Colorado annually.

Mr. Lemmons is focused on expanding his vineyard operations and aims to restore and upgrade his winery to share its exceptional offerings with a broader nationwide audience. He also envisions increasing his business ventures in Houston. Civically, Mr. Lemmons has plans to build a destination hotel and event center dedicated to veterans and first responders.
