His tenure at Vision Technologies from 2022 to 2024 was marked by significant achievements, including his promotion from regional director for the Mid-Atlantic data center practice to national director for data centers. During this period, he successfully navigated a challenging situation in which the company lost 47 positions to a competitor within 90 days of his arrival; however, through strategic hiring and team expansion, he not only restored the workforce but also increased revenue from $13 million to $15 million.

Mr. Adams's earlier career includes pivotal roles at IES Communications, where he served as department manager from 2019 to 2022, and as security-telecom project manager from 2018 to 2019. His technical expertise was honed during his time as a technical program manager at the Department of Justice from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, he gained valuable experience as a security specialist with the U.S. Department of State's Diplomatic Security Service in Kabul, Afghanistan, from 2013 to 2015. His foundational years included serving as lead security technician at Integrated Security Technologies Inc. from 2009 to 2013 and as CommTech 3 at Comcast from 2005 to 2009.

Mr. Adams's educational background includes coursework toward a Master of Business Administration at the University of Maryland in 2020 and a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2018. He also holds an associate degree in management information systems from the same institution.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Adams is an active member of the musical group Stevens Avenue and has contributed creatively with the music album "Tuxedo." In his free time, he enjoys golfing, reef keeping, and basketball.
