A distinguished leader in the field of global clinical trials, Mr. Parrish co-founded H Clinical Inc. and has served as its president and chief executive officer since 2021. Under his leadership, H Clinical has become the leader in localized clinical trial support services and home visits in Latin America. His vision for simplifying the process for patients, research sites, and sponsors has been instrumental in advancing clinical trials, including significant contributions to the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine trials through decentralized support services introduced in 2021. Today, H Clinical facilitates clinical trial participation and patient care throughout more than 700 communities across 22 countries in Latin America. Its local and community-based approach has improved health outcomes for patients and enabled clinical research in previously underserved populations. In addition to his role at H Clinical, Mr. Parrish serves on the advisory committee for Talosix, a position he has held since 2021. Prior to these roles, he served a five-year tenure at Quorum Review Inc., now Advarra, as the vice president of legal and regulatory affairs before ascending to executive vice president and general counsel. His role included providing leadership of review boards overseeing more than 12,000 clinical trials and the development of eConsent, the first cloud-based electronic informed consent platform for patients in research. His tenure culminated in leading the integration of Quorum with Advarra to form the largest commercial institutional review board in the world. He was also a steering committee member at the Multi-Regional Clinical Trials Center of Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard from 2016 to 2020.

Earlier in his career, he worked as an associate attorney at K&L Gates LLP and held regulatory attorney and corporate counsel roles at Quorum Review Inc. from 2010 to 2013. His foundational experience includes roles as a regulatory consultant at the National Cancer Institute from 2008 to 2010 and as regulatory counsel at the Western Institutional Review Board, now WCG Clinical.

As a commitment to his field, Mr. Parrish served on the board of directors for Life Science Washington from 2017 to 2022, co-chaired the annual IRB conference for the Northwest Association for Biomedical Research (NWABR) and served as a guest instructor at NWABR's Camp BIOmed. He has contributed significantly as a faculty member to the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS) and the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) since 2015.

Mr. Parrish's storied success in multiple fields stems from his accomplished academic background, which includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law, where he served as president of the Moot Court Board and as a law clerk to Chief Justice Alexander of the Washington State Supreme Court. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Western Washington University. To augment his qualifications, he achieved his certification as an IRB Professional (CIP) through Public Responsibility in Medicine & Research (PRIM&R) in 2009 and his regulatory affairs certification (RAC) from the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society in 2013.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Parrish is a prolific speaker who has presented on life sciences and technology topics for major trade groups and institutions, including DIA, PRIM&R, SCRA, SCRS, ACRP, MAGI, iiBIG, Peking University (China), AAHRPP, Banner Health, Benaroya Research Institute, UnityPoint Health and more. He is also an author with numerous publications addressing critical topics in clinical trials and regulatory affairs. His works include "Game Changer: Transformative Decentralized Clinical Trials Emerge in Latin America," published in Applied Clinical Trials in 2022, "Healthcare Operations & Compliance – Pre-Market Regulatory Requirements for Mobile Technology," featured in Bloomberg Law in 2019, and contributions to book chapters in the Fundamentals of US Regulatory Affairs, Ninth Edition, 2015 and Professional Journals such as the Medical Research Law & Policy Report.

Born in Oregon and living in Seattle, Mr. Parrish values spending quality time with his family and is a proud husband and father to one daughter.
