He has also led call center operations for Home Access Health, Aerotek, Acility and Discovery Health Partners. Additionally, Mr. Yates has experience administrating operations at Unicom Teleservices and Tunstall Americas, further broadening his expertise in operational leadership and customer service management.

Mr. Yates' academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in bible and biblical studies from the same institution in 2019, graduating summa cum laude. He also holds a bachelor's degree in musical theater from The Pennsylvania State University, which he completed in 2000. Mr. Yates further augmented his credentials with a certification in rhetoric and composition and writing studies from Harvard University, which he obtained in 2023.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Yates has made significant contributions to civic organizations. He has been the lead servant of church-wide pastoral care at Triedstone Church of Chicago since 2022 and has served as a visionary leader for Global Empowerment Mandate Inc. since 2015. His past roles include working as a HUD-certified foreclosure mitigation counselor for Total Resource Community Development Organization and as a board member for the Family and Community Services Ways to Work program with The Salvation Army USA.
