Prior to commencing her current position in 2019, Ms. Sealy served as managing director, global transformation at JLL where she successfully led the implementation of a significant transformation to a global operating model enabling future global growth. Her skills in operationalizing strategy, mobilizing culturally diverse teams, and analyze complex situations and find practical solutions were at the root of her success. Her tenure at XPO Logistics, Inc. as senior vice president of transformation from 2016 to 2017 further solidified her reputation as a transformative operational leader that creates highly productive environments, drives innovation and ensures that every team member is aligned with the strategic transformation goal. At JCI Global Workplace Solutions, later acquired by CBRE, she held the role of vice president of transformation and Lean Six Sigma, 2013 to 2016, where her trailblazing team paved the way for a more valuable acquisition.

Ms. Sealy's career began with roles that laid the foundation for her expertise in customer solutions and operations. She was senior director of global operations at CHEP from 2011 to 2013, driving post acquisition integration value, preceded by various directorial positions within the company from 2001 to 2011. Her early career included consulting roles at Stonebridge Technologies, PwC, James Martin Government Consulting, and ICF, where she developed a strong foundation in strategic planning and operational effectiveness.

Ms. Sealy's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a focus on international business and computer science from American University in Washington D.C., completed in 1991. She further enhanced her leadership skills through programs at INSEAD (CEDEP Executive Program), the Center for Creative Leadership and Leadership Orlando. She holds numerous certifications including Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ, Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, and Lean Green Belt.

Ms. Sealy is actively involved in industry-related organizations such as the Executive Council for Leading Change and the International Facility Management Association. Her commitment to mentoring is evident through her participation in various external organizations. Additionally, she volunteers with Edible Education and Harry P. Leu Gardens while mentoring through Orlando Women Leaders.

Outside of her professional life, Ms. Sealy has a love for travel that has taken her around the world where she finds inspiration in diverse cultures. She is also an avid gardener who enjoys growing her own flowers and vegetables. Her personal goals include encouraging more women into leadership roles through confidence building and offering insights into how to overcome barriers and seize opportunities.
