Since 2024, she has been at the helm of this organization full time, where her expertise in supporting small businesses has been instrumental in fostering growth and development. Before launching her firm, Ms. Williams served as the diversity and inclusion manager for the Brent Spence Bridge Corridor Project Walsh/Kokosing Design Build Team from 2023 to 2024. Her leadership in this position was preceded by her tenure as the senior vice president at ePS in Auburn Hills, Michigan, between 2022 and 2023. From 2021 to 2022, she was the director of MBE services at the National Minority Supplier Development Council located in New York.
Leveraging another 20 years of hard work, Ms. Williams held significant roles, beginning with The Proctor and Gamble Company in 1998 as a plant manager and later as an associate director and corporate supplier diversity leader from 2001 to 2009. Among other noteworthy roles, she co-owned ACF Enterprises LLC, was the president, chief executive officer, and owner of ATMOS360 Inc., was a business advisor for the Diverse Manufacturing Supply Chain Alliance, and served as the director of diversity and wealth inclusion at kANU Asset Management LLC.
Ms. Williams's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in business from Prairie View A&M University in 1969. In addition to her degree, she earned a certification in 10K Small Business Development from Babson College in 2016, further enhancing her ability to support small businesses effectively.
Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Williams has been actively involved in civic organizations as a board member of Green Umbrella since 2011. She has also contributed to literature on sustainable business practices as a co-author of "The Sustainable Advantage...Doing Business in the Green Economy" and "The Sustainable Advantage: Expert Advice On How To Be A Valued Supplier," both published by Zulema Publishing Group in 2011.
Ms. Williams aims to revitalize essential infrastructure trade skills like carpentry and plumbing by partnering with nonprofit organizations to engage youths in their early teen years.
